Carbon Steel
The standard range comprises metallic housings in SS 316 / SS316L, carbon steel etc. Most filter housings are fabricated in compliance with cGEP. Fabrication as per leading engineering codes is also done whenever required.
These are available in single cartridge design as well as multi cartridge design to handle large flow rates. Metallic housings are offered in SS 316 / SS316L. They are suited to adapt filter cartridges of standard length like 10", 20" even 40", having end configuration like DOE, code7, code3 etc. to suit all international designs.
- SS filter housings come with all internal surface buffed to 200 grit whereas electropolished surfaced to 280 grit is offered for sanitary design
- Standard end connections are BSPF threaded type upto 1" and ASA 150 flanges for higher sizes. Other end connections like tri-clover, BS flanges,dairy couplings etc. are also available.
- All housings are designed for a working pressure of 5.0 kg/cm2g as a standard. High pressure designs for ratings upto 100 kg/cm2g are also offered.
- Jacketed design for shell will be available for filtering liquids which are to be maintained at high temperature during filtration.
- Available in 10", 20", 30", 40"lengths
