Our filters were designed early on for SVP & LVP manufacturing units & then extended to the pharmaceutical, API, bulk drugs & Agro-chemical industries.
The first easy to use cleanable SS316 inline conical filters offered were substitutes for the double cone glass filters, which were highly susceptible to breakage.
The Pressure Nutsche filters with cleanable SS316 filter media were developed by us for companies manufacturing Sodium Ampicillin & subsequently for Vitamin B12.
Our Pressure Nutsche filters with cleanable SS316 filter media were offered as alternatives to cloth filter media being used as a standard. Cloth Filter media was prone to leakages & fibrous discharge.
Our experience of designing filters spans over 4 decades for reputed companies like MSD, Hindustan Antibiotics, Lupin Labs, Concept Pharma, Dr. Reddy’s, Aurobindo Pharma & multinationals like MSD, Glaxo [BDH] & Hoechst.
We also offered unique designs to companies like Citric India, Gujarat Themis, Indian Drugs & Pharmaceuticals etc. for fermentation processes.
We have executed project orders through engineering consultants Davy Power Gas, UHDE India, H & G for Herdilia chemicals, Century Enka etc.
