Working Principle of Catalyst Recovery Filter System

Our Catalyst Recovery Filter System filters and recovers valuable catalysts during industrial processes. The fluid enters through the inlet, flows through the array of filter elements, trapping the catalyst particles on the outer surface while clean fluid exits through the outlet. As particles and catalysts accumulate, the differential pressure increases. Each system is custom designed for a particular process and batch size. When the batch is completely filtered, the cleaning process begins. The system uses a back-purging medium like nitrogen to dislodge the catalyst cake, which is followed by filter washing with a suitable medium. The recovered catalyst and slurry is then sent back to the reactor for the next cycle of production.
