The advanced diffusion bonding sintering process forms a permanent metallurgical bond between each wire mesh layer.

During the sintering process, precise thermal cycles and controlled pressure are applied to the multi-layer composite for a specified duration. This results in a laminated structure with significantly enhanced strength, abrasion resistance, and filtration efficiency compared to single-layer wire cloth or wire wrap.
