Kumar Process Consultants & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1978, by Mr. Sudhir G. Pisat, a qualified Chemical Engineer from IIT Mumbai with post graduation in Management.
Kumar filter has been at the forefront in understanding the customer needs & developing unique filters like patented reusable Inline Conical filters, cleanable catalyst recovery filters & cleanable/reusable cross flow modules.
Another hallmark has been our CUSTOMER FIRST approach which includes attending to onsite problems immediately and providing critical spares without delay.

Our commitment to quality has driven us to draft a quality manual which has procedures listed out for checking all the components that go into assembly of a filter.
The selection & sizing of an optimal filtration system can be done by conducting trials on representative samples.
Integrity testing of pleated membrane filter cartridges is done to test the efficiency of the membrane seal property to detect defects if any of the membrane & to judge if the pore size of the membrane is consistent with the specification.

All filters & accessories offered by us are subjected to as many as 10 quality checks by qualified engineers / technicians. This ensures that these components indeed are designed for performance to the fullest satisfaction of customer. This is in tune with our company's proclaimed objectives stated in our Quality Management System.
Customer complaints (if any) are attended on priority basis. Feedback from the customer is recorded & monitored, which in turn helps us serve the customer better.
