Lined filter housings combine the strength of metals with the corrosion resistance of polymers, making them ideal for high-pressure, high-temperature filtration of corrosive fluids. These lined cartridge filter housings are available in MS or SS with PVDF, PTFE, ECTFE, or PP linings, featuring 800-1000 micron polymer linings that are spark-tested. This design ensures excellent chemical compatibility at an economical price. A lined housing means a housing which has a thick coating of some polymer/rubber inside it, whereas a coated housing is one where the polymer/rubber thickness is less than 1 mm.

Different coatings/linings are available as per process requirement. The thickness can be adjusted as per abrasion allowance, if the data is known.
